Yes! Beer and wine will be available for purchase with apple pay, google pay or card. Food trucks will also offer a variety of food for purchase. Water will be available for purchase or for free at one of our multiple water stations. 

Parking can be purchased on the ticketing website but will be limited. Ride share is also available and is the recommended way to get the festival as they will have expedited entry.

Hidden City will follow the local guidance of Cayce, SC. No proof of vaccination or negative test will be required.

Getting to the Festival

The festival location will be at 2001 Charleston Hwy.

Coming from Columbia? Take 321 west out of town.

Coming from out of town? The Festival is located right

off of Hwy 77 and 26. Please make sure to use the south entrance as depicted below.

 

Bag Policy

  • Clear Bags are preferred but not required
  • Small bags to include fanny packs & purses, single-compartment bags, and plush bags no larger than 14 x 6 x 14 inches (will be searched upon entry)
  • Empty Camelbaks and hydration packs

 

Allowed Items

  • Deodorant (must be sealed upon entry)
  • Gum (must be sealed upon entry)
  • Hand sanitizer (up to 2oz) (must be sealed upon entry)
  • Lip balm, lip gloss, and lipstick (must be sealed upon entry)
  • Eye drops (must be sealed upon entry)
  • Personal misting fan with a bottle no larger than 1.5L (must be empty upon arrival)
  • Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired (must show physician’s prescription and consult with a safety officer upon entry. Only bring the amount of medication needed for the duration of the festival. Prescription must match ID.)
  • Over-the-counter medication (package sealed upon entry)
  • Flags (no corporate/company-branded and no hard flagpoles)
  • Inflatables (must be deflated upon entry)
  • Glowing/illuminated costumes or jewelry
  • Hula hoops (including LED hoops)
  • Hats, Sunglasses, Panchos, Raincoats
  • Blankets
  • Air sofas (The type that are in a small bag)
  • Powder makeup (liquid makeup is prohibited)
  • Reusable water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
  • Sealed Intranasal Naloxone
  • Sunglasses & hats
  • Sunscreen lotion (must be sealed at entry)
  • Tampons and pads (must be sealed at entry)
  • Wet wipes (must be sealed at entry)
  • Non-professional flash/still cameras, handheld video devices under 6″ (Sony Action Cam, GoPro, Polaroids, etc.)

 

Prohibited Items

  • Absolutely no Illegal drugs, substances, or harmful chemicals. If found you WILL be turned to the authorities!
  • Camera bags, Chairs (including foldable and lawn), Seat cushions with backs, Tents
  • Aerosol cans, spray paint, or pressurized cans.
  • Frisbees and sports balls (soccer balls, footballs, etc.)
  • Air horns, Whistles, Bottles (water or other)
  • Professional cameras, detachable lenses, tripods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Remote-controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (Drones)
  • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms (Regardless of Concealed Carry Permit).
  • Food or beverage of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Hover-boards
  • Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, SWAT, fire, security, or medical) in any way
  • Gas masks
  • Glass, cans, cups or coolers
  • Filled balloons
  • Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • Liquid makeup
  • Massagers
  • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy) (gum okay if sealed)
  • Pets
  • Red-colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers (Red is for safety officer use only)
  • Stuffed animals or dolls
  • Toy guns, water guns, slingshots
  • Unsealed tampons or pads (upon entry)
  • Cigarettes

 

Totem Policy

  • Maximum height is 10 feet.
  • Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g., foam, PVC / no solid metal).
  • Collapsible/telescoping camera extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate).
  • PVC, light wood or aluminum poles must be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter.
  • Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security.
  • Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
  • Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed.
  • Totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted.

 

Smoking/Tobacco Policy

  • Vapes, and other electronic smoking devices are allowed (Refillable liquid chambers OK, must be empty upon entry. One bottle sealed/unopened E-liquid or E-juice will be permitted.)
  • Juuls (one sealed Juul Pod OK at entry)
  • Chewing Tobacco allowed (must be sealed upon entry)
  • The Race Track is a Smoke-Free Facility
    • Absolutely no cigarettes, cigars, or the like allowed. They WILL be confiscated at entry.
